Tucked into the old mill quarter, Ember & Oak was born from a simple belief — that the finest ingredients, treated with patience and fire, need no artifice.
Chef Amara Nouri spent twelve years across the kitchens of Lyon, Marrakech, and Oaxaca before returning home with a quiet mastery and a wood-burning hearth that anchors everything we do.
We work with fewer than twenty local farms. Our menu changes with the season. The bread is baked each morning. The broth simmers overnight. This is how we've always done it.
